According to the announcement of the newspaper Welt (2010), almost %20 of the population has migration background. Turkey constitutes the biggest migrant population with the number of 2,9 million migrants with Turkish background, in Germany. (see Weltonline 2010) This diversity creates major difficulties and the growing need of multicultural counselling. This counselling process is affected by the counsellor’s own culture, attitude, theoretical perspective and also by the client’s culture, values and it creates a multiplicity of variables.
